The card is 3.5 by 8.5 inches and about 1/16 inch thick, in matte white polypropylene with black printing. It is sized to sit alongside a vehicle registration, and it is built for the temperature swings a parked car goes through.

Do not attach it to the sun visor, the windshield, the dashboard, or any airbag cover, and never position it where it covers a warning label or safety marking in your vehicle.
